Flower Remedies

January 9, 2016

Bach flower remedies are made by infusing water with flowers. The infusion is preserved with brandy.

Flower Remedies should be treated carefully and with the upmost respect as they are strong!

Horses are amazing at choosing their own remedies so if you let your horse smell or taste the flower remedies, they might just prefer one over the others which can be used as a clue as to what might be wrong with them. For example, horses have been known to chew on willow bark because of the natural pain relieving qualities that the bark possesses. This is an indication that the horse is in pain and shows how clever they are!

Bach flower remedies are for internal use; these can be added to your horse's water or feed. Add about ten drops (you can mix and match remedies).
